- What is Rommerce OS and who is it for?
- It is a multi-channel commerce operations platform for online sellers in Romania. It is for any business that sells on more than one channel - a webshop plus eMAG, for example - and wants one catalogue, one stock figure and one order list instead of several.
- Which integrations are available?
- Marketplaces: eMAG, Trendyol, Allegro, Kaufland. Webshops: Shopify, WooCommerce, PrestaShop, MerchantPro. Couriers: FAN Courier, Sameday, Cargus, DPD. Invoicing: Oblio, SmartBill, FGO. There is also a public REST API with signed webhooks for your own ERP or tools.
- How does stock synchronisation work?
- Sellable stock is calculated as physical stock minus active reservations minus your safety buffer. When an order arrives on any channel, stock is reserved immediately and the new sellable figure is pushed to every other channel, which prevents overselling.
- How fast do orders arrive?
- Orders are imported on a regular schedule from every channel. Shopify, WooCommerce and MerchantPro can additionally push orders by webhook, so a new order appears within seconds; the scheduled import remains as a safety net.
- Does Rommerce OS create products on marketplaces?
- Not in the current version. Offers are matched by SKU or EAN to products that already exist on the channel, and the platform then manages their price, stock and status.
- Can it issue invoices and send them to e-Factura?
- Yes. Invoices and credit notes are issued through your own Oblio, SmartBill or FGO account. With Oblio, e-Factura filing can be triggered from the platform; SmartBill and FGO file from their own account settings. The merchant remains responsible for the fiscal documents.
- How does repricing avoid selling at a loss?
- Every repricing rule has a minimum price and a minimum margin, calculated after commission, shipping and VAT. A proposal below either limit is blocked. Rules can run as a dry run, with manual approval, or automatically, with a cooldown and a daily change limit.
- Is there a free trial?
- Yes. Every new organisation starts with a free trial and no card is required. The trial length and the plans are on the pricing page.
- How is my data protected?
- Each organisation is strictly isolated, integration credentials are encrypted at rest, two-factor authentication and IP allow-lists are available, and critical changes are recorded in an audit log. Rommerce OS acts as a GDPR data processor for your customers' data under a Data Processing Agreement.
- In which languages can my team work?
- Romanian, English and Turkish. Each team member chooses their own language, so a Turkish-speaking colleague and a Romanian-speaking colleague can work in the same organisation.
- Can I cancel at any time?
- Yes, from the billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid, and you can export your data before closing the account.
